We act as an intermediary to connect international patients with accredited hospitals and qualified medical professionals in India. Our services include case assessment, hospital and doctor matching, cost estimation, travel coordination, and ongoing patient support.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Curenova Health is not a healthcare provider, medical institution, or licensed medical practitioner. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or practice medicine in any form. All medical decisions are made exclusively by qualified licensed physicians at the hospitals in our network. You acknowledge that treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and results may vary based on individual patient circumstances.
4. No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Your use of our services does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Curenova Health. The medical information published on this website — including descriptions of symptoms, causes, procedures, risks and recovery — is general information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not tailored to you, and must never be relied upon as a substitute for consulting a qualified physician about your own condition.
5. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting your medical case. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in inappropriate treatment recommendations and may endanger your health. You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded documents are genuine.
6. Financial Terms
Curenova Health's facilitation services are provided free of charge to patients. All medical costs are paid directly to the treating hospital or doctor. Cost estimates provided by us are indicative only and subject to change based on your clinical assessment upon arrival in India.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curenova Health, together with its personnel, contractors, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including any treatment outcomes, travel complications, or decisions made by the hospitals or physicians in our network.

The Curenova Health name and logo, the design of this website, and the original text we publish on it are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our express written permission. Hospital and doctor names, and accreditation marks such as JCI and NABH, are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification only; their appearance on this site does not imply any partnership with, or endorsement of, Curenova Health.
